Q: How Do I withdraw my winnings?
A: To withdraw money from your account go to Cashier and select
the "withdraw" button.
If you have made Visa credit card deposit(s) prior to your Withdrawal, the money
you now wish to withdraw will automatically be refunded to your Visa credit card.
You may use your Mastercard to deposit in the Casino however CWC are unable to refund
any money to Mastercard credit cards.
This is a Mastercard decision and not the

of that deposit amount will be refunded to you using your preferred method of payment,

The reason why CWC can't refund the entire winning amount to your Credit card is
