Grant License

Club World Casinos (CWC) hereby grants the Player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable sub-license to use the software for playing in the casino. Player Representation and Warranties

8. If the player has not entered their correct and full personal details, including a phone number on which they can be contacted, the accounts will be closed and any bonus and winnings will be removed. 11. You are allowed only one active account per household or per business address. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account per household, computer, IP address or business address. If you have more than one account all winnings will be void. It is important that all Player details contained in the Registration Form submitted to CWC are true and correct.

12. Employees of the Company and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to register as a player at CWC and/or participate in any gaming at the Casino.

13. The software is protected under applicable copyright laws. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the software remain with CWC, including images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text that may be part of the software. Copying, redistribution or publication of any of the content or part of the software is strictly prohibited. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the name "Club World Casinos" remain with CWC, as the case may be.

14. By installing and using this software the player hereby agrees to have fully read and understood the above 'terms and conditions' and so agrees to be bound by them.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. All bonuses are play bonuses and unredeemable. This means that you can't cash-out bonus chips. You can cash-out your winnings and you can cash-out your deposits; you just can't cash-out bonus money. Any outstanding bonuses will be deducted from the cash-outs that you request.

2. All withdrawable amounts showing in a players account balance include the bonus monies. Once a withdrawal request has been made all bonus amounts will be removed from the player's account balance before the withdrawal is processed.

3. All promotional deposit bonuses received automatically go into a player's pending bonus balance and is playable after the deposit has been played out or for placing a bet more than the real money balance.

4. Promotional bonuses may not be combined with any other bonus/ offer unless otherwise stated.

5. All Bonuses will be given only once per household, business address and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

8. Club World Casinos reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered on the above games, before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully.

9. No withdrawal will be honored for an amount less than the PLAY BONUS. Upon a withdrawal request (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from your play balance or winnings, prior to settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the PLAY BONUS.

10. If a bonus has a timeframe and the conditions are not met within this timeframe, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed from a player's account.

11. CWC reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever.
